NICE

NICE is the UK health watchdog. It has produced a number of guidelines and policy documents relating to diabetes management and cost effectiveness. The content is good but can be difficult to search in its current format.

SIGN 116 Management of Diabetes

This latest SIGN (Scottish Intercollegiate) guideline gives a comprehensive evidence based approach to the management of all aspects of Diabetes. It would benefit from being made more searchable for efficient online use.

WHO – Definition, Diagnosis and Classification of Diabetes
