MIT opencourseware: A clinical approach to the human brain

A clinical approach to the human brain -This course covers the regional anatomy of the brain and provide an introduction to the cellular function of neurons, synapses and neurotransmitters, commonly used drugs and common diseases.

The site only gives access to lecture notes but you should be able to dowload lectures/ podcasts on you tube/ itunes tto accompany this (although I struggeld to find the material on either site).
